APPLICATIONS:FEVISEAL PU CONSTRUCTION FOAM offers excellent properties by sealing, insulating and filling of joints, cracks and holes, e.g.:

• Between partition wall with ceilings.
• Structural space between wooden door-frames and walls.
• For structural and fitting space between prefab elements.
• Seams between chimneys, roof protection, roof panels and wall panels.
• For around cables and pipes, break-through in wall and ceiling.

Product Details:

Description: Soudafoam FR HY is a one-component, self-expanding, ready to use PU-foam, which contains HCFC and CFC- free propellants who are not harmful for the ozone layer. Soudafoam FR HY is a PU-foam with fire retardant characteristics according to the European standard EN 1366-4.

Properties:
• Fire resistant in a joint (EN 1366-4) for 240 minutes
• High filling capacity
• Good adhesion on all surfaces (except PE, PP and PTFE)
• High insulation, thermal and acoustic value
• Very good bonding properties
• Water resistant (not watertight)
• Not UV-resistant

Applications:
• Installation of fireproof doors and windows
• Sealing of fire retardant joints in walls and ceiling
• As part of the 'Soudal Fire Range' assortment for penetration seals and joints

Shelf Life and Storage:
15 months unopened and stored in dry and cool conditions (Between +5°C and +25°C), upright storage is recommended.

Health and Safety Recommendations:
Take the usual labour hygiene into account. Always wear gloves and goggles. Remove cured foam mechanically. Never burn away. Consult label and material safety data sheet for more information. When vaporizing (for example with a compressor), additional security measures will be required. Use only in well ventilated areas.
