APPLICATION AREA:
M-SEAL RED RTV Silicone Sealant finds application in Automobile, Electrical & all types engineering industries. It is primarily used for Gasketing in hot engines of modern cars. It also finds usage in refrigeration units, Fixing screw-less brackets or nameplates, Sealing windows in ovendoors, gas appliances, flanged pipe joints, marine cabins and windows. It is extensively used to make formed-in-place or in-situ gasket for gearbox, compressors, pumps etc.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS :
Uncured M-SEAL Red RTV silicone sealant may cause irritation to skin. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. In case of materialentering eyes, flush with water and immediately consult the physician.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE:
Store in a cool (< 30 0C) and dry place. Under such storage conditions the shelf life of the product is minimum 12 months in sealed unopened tubes.

NOTE:
We recommend that before using our product in full-scale production, the customer should make his own tests to determine the suitability of the product under his operating conditions. As the circumstances under which our product is stored, handled and used are beyond our control, we can not assume any responsibility for their misuse by the customer.

Description: Gasketseal is a temperature resistant, elastic, one- component silicone sealant and replaces all cork, felt, fiber, paper and rubber gaskets in all thicknesses and widths.

M – Seal –Clear RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is single component, elastomeric silicone sealant which cures at ambient temperature in air. It is highly suitable for gap filling & sealing in various applications. it is specially designed for all types of light and heavy duty automotive and other flange sealing applications. It can replace all types of pre-cut paper, sheet or rubber gasket etc.

Application Method
 Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces by removing any old gasket material, grease, oil and moisture.
 Remove cap and puncture the inner seal, Fix the nozzle on tube, and cut the tip to get required bead size.
 Apply Gasket Maker on one of the surfaces and around the bolt holes.
 Assemble parts and tighten the bolts using required torque.
 Remove plastic nozzle and replace the cap immediately.
 Dried gasket maker inside nozzle can be pulled out before next use.
