Formulated with new generation thickener, BRB-700 offers good water resistance and excellent fluidity at elevated temperatures. I t provides excellent high temperature performance as it incorporates an ashless organic thickener that does not create any abrasive metallic deposits at elevated temperature.

AREA OF APPLICATION

All types of bearings and any similar mechanism, continuous casting and slipper type couplings, oven wagon bearings operating at elevated temperatures, bi-metallic bearings, wire guides and slides etc.

Product Details:

It is synthetic grease specially formulated using micro film technology that leaves an extremely thin film of stubborn lubricant on the operating surface. The grease is further doped with highly stable chemical additives for high speed operations. It thus develops a film on the operating surface that is suitable for all high speed bearings operating under dynamic load conditions and where fatigue and abrasive wear is high.

It is ideally suitable for lubrication system where greases having low inertia are required to reduce their internal friction and pumping losses.

It is premium fully synthetic grease with lithium complex soap thickener and high performance extreme additives. The wax free synthetic base oil provides excellent low temperature flow ability and low starting as well as running torque. Adhesive in nature forms very fine film on metal surface to protect from wear tear.

A synthetic Silicone grease with highly stable chemical additives like rust and corrosion inhibitor and anti-oxidants. It is highly inert and has an excellent fluidity at very low temperatures (upto -40°C) making It applicable to a wide range of industrial applications. It is ideal for bearings requiring low starting torques.
